A murderer allegedly threatened a couple hosting a children's birthday party in a machete and knife attack just days before stabbing an amateur boxer to death.
Two men were caught on camera apparently targeting the victims as they held a party for their son at home in Loughborough, Leicestershire, in April this year.
The men were allegedly carrying a blade and a machete, the Leicester Mercury reports.
The couple who claim they were targeted allege that Leicestershire Police did not respond quickly enough to the incident on April 8.
They also claim that, days later, one of the men involved stabbed boxer Isaac Williams to death in Leicester.
