Sarah Huckabee Sanders SAVAGES Racist Journalist April Ryan over Her Comments about Her Pie

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders is insisting her baking skills are the real McCoy — after allegations that she baked a “fake pie.”



The “piegate” saga began on Thanksgiving when Sanders posted a photo of a pecan pie and wrote she’d made it for the holiday.



April Ryan, the Washington, DC, bureau chief for American Urban Radio Networks, shared the image and asked for a snap of it on a table, joking it was a “fake pie.”



Sanders promised she’d whip up a pie to prove her baking prowess was not fake news.



“Okay I want to watch you bake it and put it on the table. But forgive I won’t eat it. Remember you guy’s don’t like the press,” Ryan replied.



On Wednesday, the press secretary finally obliged, posting photos of ingredients, including eggs, butter and pecans supplied by Vice President Mike Pence’s chief of staff Nick Ayers from his family farm in Georgia.




“Ingredients are all mixed up and pies in the oven! April Ryan let me know if you need further documentation #piegate,” Sanders tweeted.



Sanders said she’d be sharing the pies at today’s White House press potluck.



Ryan said she couldn’t wait to see the goods, but reminded the press secretary that she wouldn’t be having a bite.



“As I said to @PressSec she may be able to burn in the kitchen but I won’t be eating. Burn is a good thing!” she wrote.
