Disturbing footage has captured the moment a drink driving suspect broke her own leg after angrily trying to escape a police cell in a fit of rage.
The driver, clearly upset about being arrested and subsequently dumped in a cell at the police station, kicked out and snapped her leg.
CCTV recorded the woman, identified only as Anastasia, as she was put into the small room by officers.
Wearing a dress and knee-high boots, she fought with the men who tried to force her inside.
Clearly injured the officers carry her from her cell to an ambulance in the town of Velikiye Luki, in Russia.
It is not clear whether she was later charged with drink driving or released.
According to Luki.ru , police confirmed the incident took place last week when they arrested the woman on suspicion of drink driving.
The website reported an officer as saying: "The young woman behaved violently, struggled against the door, eventually broke her leg. She was taken to the hospital."
