Two brave great-grandparents cheated death when they told a masked robber to "bloody do it" when he thrust a shotgun in their faces.
Brian and Otwina, both 78, were leaving a Christmas party in the Sunshine City Club in west Melbourne, Victoria when the thug charged out from behind a rubbish dumpster at them.
He first targeted Brian, waved his shotgun at him and demanded he open the door of the premises with their keys to apparently hold-up the business, local news channel 9News reported.
But brave Brian stood his ground and refused to give into his demands before the gunman stepped back and pointed the weapon directly at his head.
The would-be robber is then seen with his forearm holding the weapon jerking twice, and Brian said he heard two clicks after the gunman had apparently fired twice at him before the weapon jammed.
