A driver ploughed into two men in a car park after a row turned into violent road rage.
The three men had been arguing after a collision between the red pick-up truck and a car.
The man in the truck launched foul-mouthed tirade at the pair once they informed him they had the whole thing on camera.
Seemingly finished, the pick-up driver suddenly took off.
But seconds later, the enraged man did a U-turn and turned back towards the two friends at speed.
The men were filming as victim James Ciarmataro was hit by the truck, sustaining a bump to the head in the attack at around 10.30am on Monday.
His friend, who had the camera, suffered a fractured elbow after the incident in White Lake Township, Michigan in the USA.
Mr Ciarmataro recalled the scary encounter to ABC 7 in Detroit: "He stops for a second, and then he looks us both dead in the eyes."
He said he's looking for answers: "Why were our lives, that particular morning, were worthless?"
Police are looking to speak to the driver and to anyone who may have witnessed the incident.
They are also reviewing the footage and CCTV from the scene.
