A football fan has been filmed dropping a smoke bomb into an elderly man’s walking frame as people cheer him on from a bus.
He can be seen holding the pyrotechnic up in the air before placing it in the mobility aid of the passer-by. The man then shuffles off down the road, with blue smoke rising from his frame, as Coventry City fans cheer.
Footage uploaded on Facebook has been viewed thousands of times, with Away Day Bible who posted it insisting the man was in on the joke.
But that hasn’t stopped the prank being sharply criticised online, with one calling the fan who did it a ‘pure d***head’.
