This is the moment a disabled man with the mental age of a seven-year-old was Tasered by police.
The autistic man, only known as Paul, was stunned and charged with an assaulting an officer but the case collapsed when his mum discovered CCTV of the incident.
It meant Paul, who has severe learning difficulties, avoided any chance of going to jail as a result of the case.
The footage, which showed a different version to events put forward by police, was obtained from the sheltered accommodation where the then 25-year-old lived.
Cops were called to the sheltered accommodation in Bristol after Paul, now aged 28, allegedly broke a window in August 2015.
