Eagles Super Bowl win sparks wild celebrations in Philadelphia as huge crowds fill the streets for historic victory



There were chaotic scenes in the city as fans celebrated their upset in the biggest game in NFL
These are some of the wild celebrations taking place in Philadelphia after the Eagles won Super Bowl 52.



The underdogs held their nerve to beat the New England Patriots 41-33 and take victory in the biggest game in the NFL for the first time in their history.



And the win sparked crazy scenes on the streets of the Philadelphia, the largest city in the state of Pennsylvania.



Thousands flooded out of bars and buildings, some setting off fireworks and starting fires.



For the most part it appeared to be good-natured fun, with videos of cops high-fiving jubilant fans.



But there were already some reports of disorder.


Fans all agree on one thing as the Philadelphia Eagles beat the New England Patriots to win Super Bowl LII



On Beaver Avenue, riot police were called in to disperse a group of students.



Other videos surfaced online of fans shaking police cars and standing on top of moving vehicles.



One clip appeared to show windows being smashed and possibly looting.


Philadelphia Police Department has yet to comment publicly on any related incidents but more than 50,000 people are following a live broadcast of the ongoing events via a police scanner.



At one point an officer was heard saying: "They’re on top of the poles.



"Be advised, I got about 10,000 college students coming down Walnut Street"
