A desperate family "abandoned" by their local health authorities have shared heartbreaking footage of their severely autistic daughter to highlight her daily battle.
Little Bella Mildon is filmed having an huge meltdown, which often leave her bleeding, injured and in hospital.
But every day her parents Dave and Sam say they are left to manage Bella – who has non-verbal autism – on their own.
Nine-year-old Bella has the mental age of a two-year-old and has severe developmental delay, has such complex needs she has only been to school for six hours since September.
She regularly self-harms, banging her head against walls, and bites and punches herself.
Her parents claim the experts who are supposed to support her – such as occupational therapists, educational psychologists and community paediatricians – are not there.
