The hero police officer who jumped into a freezing river to save a distressed man has said the resuce was the "best feeling ever".
PC Mohammed Nadeem's heroic actions were captured on his body cam.
The brave officer made the split second decision to leap into the River Irwell, in Bury, Greater Manchester, when the man fell in.
But he has since admitted he is "not a strong swimmer ".
PC Nadeem didn’t have time to take off his heavy police gear and was forced to battle against a strong current in freezing temperatures, but incredibly managed to pull the man to safety.
