Shocking footage has captured the moment an elderly man allegedly hit his head after he was unceremoniously chucked out of a building by a security guard.
The pensioner, who appeared to be have a walking frame with him, was sitting in a small waiting room when he was told by guards to "walk out of the building."
Moments later, one officer in uniform approached him and physically removed the elderly gentleman from his seat.
The man attempted to resist, throwing his arms against the door as he stumbled outside.
After the security guard and the man were outside of the building, the man was seen falling backwards onto the ground, hitting his head on the pavement.
A woman, who did not wish to be identified, captured the incident on camera.
She can be heard gasping in horror as she watched the man fall, saying: "Oh my God, he hit his head. Oh my God.
"That was the most ridiculous bit of bulls*** I've ever seen. His job is not to injure a man who is sick."
The security guard was then heard saying: "He fell, I didn't touch him."
According to Fox 10, Phoenix police were called to the scene, but no arrests have been made.
Phoenix Fire officials said they had received a call about the incident, on February 23, but said the elderly man refused to leave the scene and acted "altered".
He was later taken to hospital.
