The moment a doctor almost collided with a cyclist as he zoomed past in his Jaguar was captured on bodycam.
After the near miss on October 5, the driver was fined £265 and given three points on his licence.
The 33-year-old was on his way to work when he sped past the cyclist, Birmingham Live reports.
He was doing almost 50mph in a 30-zone and came within 10cms of the biker on Harborne Road, Birmingham.
He is the latest person to be prosecuted in a West Midlands Police Close Pass safety scheme.
