CCTV captured the horrific moment a skip firm employee reversed an excavator into a colleague, crushing him against a wall.
Daividas Rupeika was sentenced after causing serious injury to his fellow workman at the site in Wimbledon, South West London.
Southwark Crown Court was shown CCTV footage of the incident which took place on 2 August 2017.
The footage showed Rupeika driving into another excavator before reversing at speed.
