The moment two lorry drivers caused a motorway pileup that killed eight people was shown to jurors during a “very emotional and heartbreaking” court case.
CCTV showed the moment the minibus passengers, who on their way to Disneyland, were crashed into on the M1.
Drunk Ryszard Masierak was blocking the slow lane of the motorway when another lorry driver, David Wagstaff, who was on hands-free call, ploughed into the back of the stationary minibus, killing eight people.
Four other passengers, including a four-year-old girl, were left seriously injured and the drivers are facing jail after a minibus was crushed in a pile-up.
