This incredible video captures a gangster launching himself at a witness in a courtroom - before he was shot dead by a woman cop.
Siale Angilau, 25, was standing trial in Salt Lake City, Utah, when he suddenly got up from his place at the defendant's bench and grabbed a pen.
Angilau ran towards the rival gangster testifying and vaulted into the witness box to attack him.
An oficer out of shot yells "drop the pen. Drop the pen out of your hand."
His target, who was shackled and handcuffed, managed to swerve out of the way before a US Marshall, named only as Jane Doe, shot Angilau dead.
A judge decided to release footage of the incident in 2014 as a lawsuit brought by Angilau's family was dismissed.
