A thug who was caught on CCTV violently dragging a 12-year-old girl to the ground before robbing her of her mobile phone has been jailed.
Patrik Gunar caused widespread outrage after police released harrowing footage of the vicious daylight attack on the schoolgirl last month.
The 22-year-old told officers during a police interview that his victim had been "easy prey" because she was "just a little girl", a court heard.
But he wept in the dock today as he pleaded guilty to robbery and was jailed for three years at Derby Crown Court in Derbyshire.
