A Betfred employee has been sacked over this video of him punching a customer to the floor.
The shocking clip shows a man shouting insults at the worker who is behind the counter.
It is not clear what sparked the angry row.
The customer then makes a vile remark about the worker's sister as he's egged on by others who are cheering in the background.
But moments later the burly Betfred worker emerges from behind the counter and leaves the loudmouth on the deck with a series of punches.
The man crashes into a fruit machine before falling to the floor.
