A mum has said that a condition which leads to thousands of tiny tumours growing all over her body has left her terrified to go outside in case she scares local children.
The condition, which leaves her skin looking like bubble wrap, accelerated after she gave birth to her second child.
But now Charmaine Sahadeo has spoken out about the one in a million condition that makes her life agony.
The 38-year-old suffers from an extreme case of neurofibromatosis, causing painful lumps and growths to appear all over her body.
She claims to have ‘thousands’ of bumps on total covering her entire face, with three giant growths swamping her right leg.
Charmaine, from Chaguanas, Trinidad, has always had the condition but says the growths were largely unnoticeable until her second son Osiris, 15, was born.
