This is the dramatic moment a "drunk" British tourist wearing shorts and flip-flops is pinned to the ground by police after allegedly stealing a Coca-Cola delivery van and smashing it into a car.
The man can be heard yelling out in English as he is held with his hands behind his back while shocked onlookers watch on from across the road in holiday hotspot Benidorm .
He was arrested around 5pm on Thursday afternoon after allegedly speeding off in the drinks truck after its driver went to make a delivery, leaving it parked with the keys in the ignition.
It is claimed he took the vehicle before crashing it into a parked car, that was fortunately empty at the time.
