This video captures the moment that a young boy was tied to a tree who then kicked and punched him in a bid to break his arm. T
he gang filmed themselves meting out the brutal attack in a bid to intimidate local residents and show the levels of violence they were prepared to take part in.
The attack happened in the village Sakrapar, Uttar Pradesh State, India, when the boy asked them to return the money he had lent him.
