This is the moment a dramatic police chase - which saw three cop cars tear after a red Nissan with its bumper hanging off - was caught on mobile phone by a shocked bystander.
The footage shows the Nissan screeching around a busy roundabout in Reading with multiple police cars in hot pursuit.
People initially ran thinking it was a terrorist attack according to one shopper.
Police later confirmed that the high-speed chase at Saturday lunchtime ended with a crash in the town centre which left several cars damaged and one pedestrian injured.
The Nissan repeatedly smashed into other vehicles, including a bus, while it was being pursued by the police.
