Trace Gallagher: "A city in southeastern China trying to crack down on jaywalkers by publicly shaming them. That's according to local newspapers, the 'Beijing News.' It reports the government installed these poles which spray mist at folks who try to cross when the light is red. The system uses facial recognition technology and takes jaywalkers' pictures. The pictures appear on a huge display screen on the street along with the people’s names. There are also plans to link the system to cell phones so that offenders can receive fines via text message. Your world with Neil cavuto right now."
