A man 'armed with a knife' spotted on the roof of an Asda store is being airlifted to hospital after 'jumping off' the building.
Shocked eyewitnesses at the scene in London had claimed the man was wielding "something shiny" that appeared to be a blade.
The male, thought to be in his late 30s, made threats to harm himself before jumping from the building, the Metropolitan Police said.
He is now being treated by paramedics and taken to hospital, the force added. The extent of his injuries is currently unknown.
