An Ohio sheriff's office employee overdosed while on the job and injured the firefighter who tried to save him.
Paul Grivas, 54, was found slumped over and unresponsive in his marked sheriff's department car at an IHOP parking lot in Brooklyn, Ohio, in March.
Grivas, who works as a process server for the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Department, was taken from his car and revived after several doses of naloxone.
Body cam footage shows when he finally woke up and put up a fight flailing his arms and legs so much that he gave a firefighter a concussion as he worked to save Grivas' life.
