This is the chilling moment a man was filmed clinging on to a two-year-old toddler moments before he was arrested for the murder of her mother.
As police arrive to arrest Dylan Harries he can be seen cradling the youngster - after stabbing Katrina Evemy multiple times in a savage attack on April 13 last year.
The teenage mum was stabbed in the eyes, throat, leg and stomach - slicing her liver - and she was also badly bitten during the vicious assault.
The 19-year-old was declared brain dead after ‘catastrophic and irreversible’ brain damage two days later on April 19.
The footage - which has never been seen before today - features in a documentary which airs tonight with how Dyfed-Powys Police investigated the murder of the young mum from Llanelli is to be aired on S4C tonight.
