Two young brothers were buried under heavy bricks after they were allowed to play next to the unstable pile.
Dramatic CCTV footage shows the unstable stack collapsing on top of the boys who had no idea they were in the line of danger.
A female relative - possibly their mum - leaps in to save them but she is knocked back and is unable to pull them to safety before they are completely buried and crushed.
