Police are hunting vile thugs who battered a homeless man and filmed his ordeal as they forced him down a bank into a river ignoring his desperate pleas for mercy.
The shocking Snapchat video shows the cruel gang abusing the terrified rough sleeper in Trowbridge, Somerset, as he holds out his hand and begs for help.
But the thugs shove him to the ground and bully him while taunting the man to 'jump in the river' and 'go for a swim'.
The video shows the victim with a bloodied and bruised face trying to flee only to be tripped up by one of the men and land on his face.
Footage shows the frightened man dripping with blood hysterically begging for mercy.
