A teenager was arrested after police clashed with students following a brawl outside a secondary school as pupils prepared for an exam.
Footage showed outnumbered police officers trying to sustain order, with one appearing to move a girl away from the school.
The girl, 16, was detained on suspicion of offences including assaulting an officer as tensions rose near John Willmott School in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands.
Police were sent to the school to "offer reassurance to students and staff" at roughly 9am yesterday as a fight broke out, reports the Birmingham Mail.
The arrested teenager was released with what was termed a "community resolution" while others involved were handed dispersal notices banning them from the area for up to 48 hours.
