A Wisconsin mother-of-two has been charged with using hacked Facebook accounts to recruit for ISIS and share a 'virtual library' on bomb making and poisons with potential attackers.
Waheba Issa Dais, 45, tried to recruit people to carry out atrocities including the poisoning of a reservoir with deadly ricin, according to a criminal complaint released by the FBI on Wednesday.
Dais, who called herself a 'housewife' on a US visa application, faces charges of trying to help a foreign terrorist organization after agents tracked her activities to a computer at her home in the Milwaukee suburb of Cudahy.
Dais, who was arrested on Wednesday, has a bond hearing on Friday. She faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
In the hacked social media accounts, the FBI said it found conversations with self-proclaimed IS members where Dais discusses possible attacks.
In one case, she suggested using the deadly toxin ricin in a government building or a reservoir somewhere in the U.S., according to the FBI's report.
