'Jesus Haters" Liberals Turn to Liberal Pastors in Order to Bash Christians for Not Supporting Illegal Immigration

On Saturday's AM Joy show, MSNBC viewers were treated to the latest in a recent string of Bible-thumping on the liberal news network to promote left-wing policy as anti-evangelical Christian activist Frank Schaeffer excoriated pro-Donald Trump white Christians as "pimps of evil" who are "Jesus-hating," and need to "repent" by voting against President Trump in the future. Schaeffer began his rant by accusing pro-Trump Christians of supporting "child abuse" because the administration is following established law by not keeping children in jails while their parents are prosecuted for illegal border crossings. The liberal activist and frequent MSNBC guest complained: "The Christians who still support Trump -- who is now separating mothers from babies -- are now condoning a form of child abuse."



He then embarked on a string of hyperbole as he accused pro-Trump Christians of hating Jesus: "I can't think of anything that could be more Jesus-hating. This isn't just Jesus-disobeying -- this is Jesus-hating. Everything that the Gospel stands for is contradicted." He also suggested that Trump supporters do not "love" America as he alluded to former evangelical Christians who are "sickened as any American who loves this country would be" about Trump immigration policies. He further trashed Republicans as he predicted: "There are going to be repercussions for the Republican party that have gone along like pimps of evil with this President."



A bit later, referring to himself as a former conservative evangelical Christian, he again took aim at white conservative Christians: "White evangelical voters have become the problem. We put this man in power, and it is up to white evangelicals to do what Franklin Graham did and step up, but do more than Franklin Graham did and say this is not only disgusting and unbiblical -- it is evil." The liberal activist then made the predicable accusations of racism as he added: "Part of it is, this is a reaction to eight years of a black man being in the White House. Part of this support for Trump is just straight-out reaction to that -- racism." He continued: "There's always a search for the next enemy that's going to help the white evangelical racist church, raise money, fire up their people, make them angry, and now make them vote Republican."



The liberal Christian activist then made a pitch for pro-Trump Christians to "repent" by voting against Trump in the future: "Are you trying to follow Jesus? And if you are, you have to repent of what you've done.
