Firefighters smash windows to rescue two sobbing children from locked car

Shocking video shows a brother and sister, aged just five and two, being rescued from a locked car, while their parents were at a political meeting.



Stunned passers-by alerted emergency services after hearing the children crying inside.



A firefighter was forced to smash the window in order to free the youngsters.



The young girl, five, and her two-year-old brother, were rescued in the city of Apodaca, in the Mexican state of Monterrey.



In the video a team of firefighters can be seen surveying the video before one smashes the window and kicks it to open a hole.
