A furious woman has been filmed apparently screaming at a Department for Work and Pensions worker so loudly she can be heard outside her phonebox.
The caller can be heard demanding to speak to a manager after telling the call taker she has already been fobbed off for the last few days.
She yells that without owning a mobile phone, she can't receive a call back and swears loudly at the person on the other end about going to the Job Centre.
The incident took place on Thursday, July 19 in Milford Haven in Pembrokeshire, Wales, and was filmed by Nathan Lewis, who said he did not know the identity of the woman in the phone box.
