This is the horrifying moment an 'attempted rapist' was caught trying to grab a young woman as she tries to get into her flat.
The terrified 21-year-old managed to wriggle away from the man and run to safety after he grabbed her in the street in Queens, New York.
CCTV shows the woman fumbling with her keys at her front door at around 4am on Friday as a man approaches from behind and suddenly grabs at her arm.
She manges to break free from his grip and runs away before the man can grab her again.
The suspect has been described by the New York Police Department as bald and around 5 foot 7 inches inches tall.
He was last seen dressed in a black short-sleeved shirt, white under-shirt, white trousers and black shoes.
Police have urged anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
