The footage was captured on Queen's Park Road in Blackburn, Lancashire, on Saturday evening and shared on social media.
Police said they were treating it as a 'targeted attack' and said a 19-year-old man had been arrested on suspicion of affray with officers now hunting 'a number of other men'.
