Man is killed after a red light running hits him

At the crossroads of the streets Nikolaevskaya road and st. The limous driver (as it turned out later amateur racing) car "Opel Vectra" from the Bulgarian registration, breaking all the possible rules of the road at great speed, (no less than 100 km / h) to death knocked my father.



Dad crossed the road on the pedestrian crossing to his green light, as seen in the of the car in two rows have already stopped for their red, Opel Vectra on the eurobags changes the lane just before the crossroads and, going around stopped before the traffic light car, flies to the red light on the pedestrian crossing, knocking down my dad. The driver of the Opel Vectra did not even lose speed, did not turn the steering wheel, he just went to ram! He did not brake!



No traces of inhibition at all !!! After the collision, getting out of the car, the driver did not even come to my father. The blow was so strong that the dad was thrown upwards by 5m and to the side by 20m, all internal organs were ripped, all the pelvic bones from the lower back, legs fractured. In the hospital, we can not let Dad, probably because he was already dead, but they continued to take money from us.



The Pope received extremely serious bodily injuries, from which he died for several hours without regaining consciousness. At the funeral, I recognized Dad only on his arm, the rest was a mash, we buried him without legs!



The driver of Opel Vectra was not detained (detention under Article 183 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine). The investigation is delayed in every possible way. At the moment, the driver of Opel Vectra is not arrested, none of the preventive measures was applied to him! Although, according to the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the actions of the Opel Vectra driver fall under part 2 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, according to which a penalty of imprisonment for a term of three to eight years is provided.
