The young men recorded video of themselves smacking the man over and over until he finally has enough and walks away from them.
The sickening footage - which shows the group taunting the man before slapping him a number of times and laughing in his face - has sparked outrage online.
One of the men offers a big, toothy grin and dances around as music blares in the background.
