On Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at 5:26 a.m. the suspect pictured above entered property on the 6000 block of Funston Street and was captured on video surveillance taking off his shorts and masturbating, while looking into a juvenile female’s bedroom window. The suspect is seen leaving the property through the rear fence and returning a few minutes later to sit beneath the victim’s window and smoke a cigarette. He left a short time later.
The suspect has a thin build, possibly 25-30 years old, dark hair with a distinctive hairline and full facial beard. He was last seen wearing a light colored t-shirt, light colored shorts, dark shoes and a baseball cap.
Detectives are asking anyone who may have information on this incident to call the Hollywood Police Department at 954-764-4357(HELP) or 954-967-4411.
