Russian male prisoners are forced to strip naked and dance in pairs as part of a brutal routine where 'torture' is normal, according to former inmates.
The punishments in Omsk jail number 7 were captured in part on film.
Punishments include naked dancing - meant to humiliate prisoners - and being forced to do knee bends with weights in their shoulders.
Inmates are also forced to endure electric cables attached to their genitals.
Prisoners are shown crouching naked on the floor evidently in fear of uniformed officers.
The sequences are part of an expose by Russia’s independent TV Rain into abuses in the penal system.
