A nursery worker has been caught on camera kicking a defenceless disabled child in the head - simply because she filled her nappy.
Distressing mobile phone footage begins with showing the angry carer standing over the child on the floor.
She kicks her in the head after smashing a heavy backpack down on to her face and can be heard shouting: "You are stupid!"
