A terrifying display by the Australian air force has been slammed as "dangerous" and "stupid" after a war plane flew just feet away from a city skyscrapers.
Concerned office workers feared an attack similar to 9/11 as the Boeing C-17 cruised past their windows.
The flyby was part of Brisbane's Riverfire event at the city's South Bank, which takes place each year to celebrate the end of Queensland's three-week arts festival.
Footage of the display by the Royal Australian Air Force was shared on social media, with people commenting on YouTube and Facebook .
