A 'nouveau riche' man has gone viral in China after he humiliated himself in public when he proposed, on camera, to a woman by buying her a Lamborghini.



Unfortunately, she said "no."



The video shows the man asking his foreign love interest to marry him and yelling: "I have money."



He bought his lover an orange Lamborghini and asked her to meet him in a crowded square.



He then puts on a small fireworks display before handing her a large bouquet of roses and saying: "Marry me."
