Puppy forced to smoke roll-up cigarette by giggling female couple claiming "we haven't hurt him"

Two women caused outrage online after they forced a puppy to smoke a roll-up cigarette while they filmed and giggled in the background.



Rattiyakorn Prangthong and her partner Tango reportedly placed the cigarette in the sleeping Staffordshire Bull Terrier’s mouth and lit it as the puppy inhaled and twitched its paws.



In the shocking footage, both can be heard laughing in the background as they keep the cigarette lit and prod the helpless animal as it lays on its back with its eyes closed.



The video, posted on social media, sparked fury as people called for authorities to check on the welfare of the puppy at their home in Bangkok, Thailand.
