Surveillance cameras installed in a shopping center on Kalvariyskaya Street in the Belarusian capital, captured an unusual incident that occurred the other day.



According to law enforcement officers, the events caught in the , developed as follows.



A man came to the mobile phone shop and tried to purchase a mobile phone on credit, but was refused because he had a debt to the company for using its services.



The buyer repaid the debt, but the woman-consultant said that she could not sell him the coveted gadget in installments, because the transaction was not approved by the operator’s security service.



The offended man went to the supermarket next door, where he "found a kitchen knife in one of the departments and unpacked it. Then he put his left hand on the floor and stabbed his little finger with a knife. Then he took the severed phalanx of the finger and returned to the communication salon, where he threw the limb in the face of a consultant who did not arrange his phone on credit. "



The law enforcement officers who arrived at the emergency site detained the failed cell phone owner, who explained that he had committed this act of revenge - according to the man, the consultant had deceived him, because if he knew about the subsequent refusal in advance, he would not pay the debt.



The press service of the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs of the Minsk City Executive Committee reports that the avenger, who was in a state of narcotic intoxication, was taken to a medical institution.



It is known that he was serving a sentence for drug trafficking and was repeatedly prosecuted for theft. Militiamen say that a man came out of prison only a few months ago.
