A New York man is millions of dollars richer after coming forward with a winning Powerball lottery ticket. Robert Bailey, of Harlem, revealed himself as the man who bought the ticket for the Oct. 27 drawing.
The 67-year-old retired federal employee bought the ticket at a deli in his neighborhood and says he has been playing the same numbers for more than 25 years. He will take a lump sum payment, which leaves him with more than $125 million.
