A 19-year-old Florida man charged in the double homicide of his two roommates was denied bond after screaming from a wheelchair and grimacing in court.
Damon Kemp faces two counts of second-degree murder in the shooting deaths of Trey Ingraham and Jordan Paden, both aged 19, in Daytona Beach sometime between Thursday and Friday.
Ingraham had been a student at Bethune-Cookman University and a promising amateur boxer. Prior to that, he had played football at Santaluces and Pope John Paul II high schools.
