This is how The Mexican Neighborhood of Sonora Handles Criminals

The Neighborhood Watch identified as “Auto Defensas Guaymas” detained an alleged thief from Las Palmas neighborhood. In the interrogation, the man identifies himself as José Luís alias “Kacheweka”. The files were released Monday night but the suspect was found alive early afternoon wrapped in plastic. It was reported that the population arrived at the scene and unwrapped José Luís and was taken by neighbors before authorities arrived.
