Brownsville, TX - The Brownsville Police Department are looking for two men caught on home surveillance video brandishing what appears to be a gun during an attempted burglary of a home that lasted less than a minute.
Police Spokeswoman Melissa Gonzalez said a family with children were home during the attempted residential burglary that happened on Dec. 10.
Gonzalez said the victims reported hearing loud bangs during the incident, but investigators did not find any shell casings - leading police to wonder whether the suspects had a BB or pellet gun.
The two men who are seen in the video attempting to kick a rear door on the residence down and brandishing the apparent firearm fled in an older model black Jeep Cherokee.
