Police were filmed chasing a Ferrari through the streets as a shocked onlooker begged the driver to stop.
As many enjoyed their Christmas Day, West Midlands Police officers were hot on the tail of suspects in a red supercar worth up to £200,000.
Mobile phone footage, taken by a passerby, captured the driver speeding along a street - believed to be in Smethwick, West Mids - and overtaking another motorist, Birmingham Live reports.
The supercar then veers back onto the left side of the road, passes a school and continues to race down the street.
The cameraman then shouts: "That is mad. Bruv please stop. Stop! Go hide somewhere! Stop!
"That is mental, why is he continuing?"
