A homeless man was caught on CCTV killing a disabled charity worker with a single punch.
The footage showed Marc Bennison, 37, striking Christopher Shipway in Grimsby, Lincolnshire, on August 25 last year.
The two men had been involved in argument before the incident turned violent on Old Market Place.
Bennison had asked Mr Shipway for cash but he refused and swore at him, the court heard.
The argument had intensified after Mr Shipway apparently challenged Bennison about living on the streets and told him he didn’t have to.
