Woman, 21, Secretly Records Attacker Confessing To Raping Her While She Slept

A woman snared her rapist after she secretly recorded him confessing to attacking her while she was asleep in her own bed.



Jade Bailey Reeks, 21, realised she had been attacked by Haydon Davis Patton, 23, when she woke up to find herself partially clothed.



At first the care assistant, from Newcastle, was unsure whether the
 police would class it as rape because she'd been in the early stages
 of a relationship with him.



But a month later, after the pervert deleted messages from her phone in which
 they had discussed the attack, she became certain he'd committed a crime and managed to record his confession.



She took the audio recording to police and looked on as he was jailed for four years after it was used to secure a conviction.
